These terms govern your use of vayue.in and any order you place with us. By using the site or ordering, you accept them.

The site is operated by Vayué Parfums, Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India, registered as an MSME under Udyam number UDYAM-TN-02-0490256.

Orders

• Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract forms only when we confirm dispatch.
• We may decline or cancel an order — see our Cancellation Policy.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the delivery address and contact details you give us.
• You must be 18 or older to place an order.

Pricing and payment

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes.
• Delivery is free within India.
• We may change prices at any time, but never after confirming your order.
• If an item is listed at an obviously incorrect price, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

Products, scent and colour

We photograph our products as faithfully as we can, but screens vary and the colour of an oil or a bottle may differ slightly from the images shown.

Fragrance is affected by skin chemistry, temperature and humidity. The same attar can behave differently on two people, and our descriptions of notes are a guide rather than a guarantee of how a scent will smell on you.

Our attars are alcohol-free and made in small batches. Slight variation in colour or intensity between batches is a natural characteristic of handmade perfumery, not a defect.

Safety and use

• For external use only. Do not swallow.
• Keep away from eyes, and away from children.
• Patch-test before first use if you have sensitive skin or a history of allergies.
• Stop using immediately if irritation occurs, and seek medical advice if it persists.
• Store away from direct sunlight, heat and open flame.

Returns, refunds and cancellation

These are set out in our Refund & Return Policy and Cancellation Policy, which form part of these terms.

Intellectual property

All content on this site — the VAYUÉ name and wordmark, product names, photographs, and written copy — belongs to Vayué Parfums and may not be copied or reused without written permission.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the site to break the law, to interfere with its operation or security, to scrape it by automated means without permission, or to place fraudulent orders.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Force majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including courier disruption, natural events, strikes, or government restrictions.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
