How to cancel
Message us as early as you can with your order number:

We will confirm the cancellation in writing. If the order has already left our studio we will tell you straight away, and you can instead refuse the delivery or raise a return once it arrives.
Cancellations by us
Occasionally we may need to cancel an order ourselves. This can happen if:
- The item is out of stock or a batch has not matured as expected
- The delivery address falls outside our serviceable pin codes
- We identify a pricing or listing error
- We suspect fraudulent or abusive ordering activity
If we cancel an order you have already paid for, you receive a full refund. We will always explain why.
Partial cancellation
If your order contains several items and you wish to cancel only part of it, tell us which items — we can usually amend the order before dispatch and refund the difference.
