How to cancel

Message us as early as you can with your order number:

We will confirm the cancellation in writing. If the order has already left our studio we will tell you straight away, and you can instead refuse the delivery or raise a return once it arrives.

Cancellations by us

Occasionally we may need to cancel an order ourselves. This can happen if:

  • The item is out of stock or a batch has not matured as expected
  • The delivery address falls outside our serviceable pin codes
  • We cannot reach you to confirm a cash-on-delivery order
  • We identify a pricing or listing error
  • We suspect fraudulent or abusive ordering activity

If we cancel an order you have already paid for, you receive a full refund. We will always explain why.

Cash on delivery orders

Cash-on-delivery orders can be cancelled free of charge before dispatch. Repeatedly refusing COD deliveries without cancelling first places real cost on a small business, and we may ask for prepayment on future orders where this happens.

Partial cancellation

If your order contains several items and you wish to cancel only part of it, tell us which items — we can usually amend the order before dispatch and refund the difference.
